| Druid Hills United Methodist Preschool has been providing a loving and nurturing environment for the children of the neighboring communities since 1982. Our enrichment program is concerned with the development of the whole child, physically, socially, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. We celebrate each child as a unique creation of God. And as such, we recognize the curiosity and intellectual potential of each child.
Therefore, we work to individualize the learning process according to the needs of each child. We do this in an atmosphere of love, play and understanding and without undue pressure to perform. We strive to help parents strengthen their families by providing our support, our experience and our concern. Druid Hills United Methodist Preschool is a community of students and faculty from a variety of backgrounds. We incorporate into our school that rich ethnic, cultural, and religious diversity and we draw upon that resource to provide a foundation for each child for lifelong learning in a diverse and interdependent world. |
