Edith Kelley has been working at DHUMP with the Discovery young toddlers since 1982.   She finds that the children are full of energy and enthusiasm and always ready to learn. Her philosophy is to have a lot of patience and she claims that there is nothing more rewarding than working with "little people."

Hashi Adhikary has been teaching at DHUMP since 2001.   She taught elementary school for 5 years in Bangladesh before moving to the United States in 1993.   Her children attended DHUMP several years ago. Hashi has worked with the Discovery I and Explorer groups as well as the Discovery II group.

Rita Karmaker has been teaching in the Discovery older toddlers room since 1995.  She is from Bangladesh where she worked for the Foreign Service for 19 years before moving to Atlanta in 1995.  She is married and has three children.

Laura Cushing is the mother of two girls, both DHUMP alumni and has been teaching at DHUMP since 1996. Laura enjoys teaching both in the classroom and as the Tumbling (movement) enrichment teacher where she gets to know all the children.
Cynthia moved to Atlanta from Bangladesh in 1995 and began working at DHUMP in 2001, the same year she began college. She has worked in several classrooms and is currently in her second year with the Adventure class. She has a son who is a DHUMP preschool alumnus.
